Shipping Rates


All our goods are shipped to you via Australia Post's regular parcel service. You will receive a copy of your tracking number to your email once your order is shipped from our warehouse (Please also check your email spam/junk folders just in case our email accidentally lost its way).

COVID-19: There may be a bit of delay in respond to the enquiry/order/freight due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, our team is maintaining social distancing and we are working hard to ensure all orders/enquiries are processed as efficiently as possible during business days (Monday to Friday during business hours and excluding public holidays).

AusPost COVID-19 status updates:

We are overwhelmed with orders and processing them accordingly on business days (Monday to Friday during business hours and excluding public holidays) and are trying to process all orders asap. Your order will be processed within 10-14 business days and a copy of the tracking number will be sent to your email. PS: After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, please then allow 2-5 days (depending on your location) for the AusPost courier to deliver to your shipping address. If your order does not arrive after 5 business days from time of shipping from the courier, kindly please contact Australia Post (13-7678) directly and advise your details and your tracking number. We hope you are well and are staying informed and healthy. Thank you for your loyalty and patience, we really appreciate your support. 

NOTE: Please ensure to always double check your shipping address details and your contact number too to avoid any issue with your shipment. We do deliver to P.O. BOX and/or Parcel Locker and/or Parcel Collect addresses.


Sorry but we do not shipped internationally at the moment. 


We offer returns for an exchange only on garments if you find the size is not correct and must be returned in its original packaging, unworn with all hang-tags attached. The goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods and we reserve the right to refuse a product exchange that does not meet our requirements.

To organise a return-for-exchange, please email us firstly ( and let us know and we will reply and provide you with the return details in the email (Please note all return-for-exchange's postage costs will be the customers responsibility).


Lost in Transit

In the rare situations that your goods are lost in transit/delivery, we, Melbourne Secret Sales takes no responsibility for this. By ordering from our website you agree to our terms and conditions. You will always have Australia Post's tracking numbers once your order is shipped from our warehouse so you can track-and-trace your order.
